Spectra rakes in another round of funding
Spectra Analysis Inc. has raised $125,000 of a $500,000 debt offering, according to documents filed Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The funding round comes almost a year after the Marlborough-based company with offices in South Carolina raised $913,927 of a planned $3 million equity and options round.
