Skyworks tweaks deal to buy AnalogicTech
Woburn wireless chipmaker Skyworks Solutions Inc. has cut the price per share it plans to pay for buying California company Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc. from $6.30 per share to $5.80. In addition, Skyworks will pay for it with cash on hand, not cash and stock as originally planned.
