Amicas, Merge to pay $8.6M fee to rejected buyer Thoma Bravo
Amicas, a health care information technology company, will pay an affiliate of Thoma Bravo LLC a termination fee of $8.6 million, following Amicas' announcement earlier this week to be bought by Merge Healthcare in a cash deal worth $248 million.

SensAble Technologies details $8M funding
Woburn-based haptic products maker SensAble Technologies Inc. says that it has completed an $8 million round of equity and warrants offering. Today, the company noted that HLM Venture Partners was a previous investor and that North Bridge is a new investor.
