Startup Watch: Five you should follow

Smart Health and Fitness LLC:  Smart Health and Fitness makes wireless health and fitness devices to monitor and manage fitness and health. The Norwalk, Conn. startup was founded in 2009.

Spasmotica:  Boston-based Spasmotica has created HyperCloud, a cloud-based optimization platform to monitor cloud workloads and anticipate changes in requirements. The startup launched in 2011.

Triplefy:  Triplefy targets small businesses through tools that simplify their ability to offer deals and e-gift cards online. The startup was founded in 2011 and is located in New Haven, Conn.
