Burlington life sciences consulting and services firm inVentiv Health Inc. says it has opened a new company in London called inVentiv Health Communications/Europe that combines a number of European subsidiaries and functions.
The new European operation will combine all of inVentiv Health’s existing communications brands, CEO Paul Meister said in a news release. Those functions include advertising, public relations, public policy, market access, medical education, marketing, branding and digital services. Advertising agencies currently owned by inVentiv Health, such as GSW Europe and Junction 11, will operate under the inVentiv Health Communications/Europe name, while others such as Chandler Chicco Companies will retain their brand, but be under the inVentiv Health Communications/Europe umbrella.
InVentiv Health operates through four key business segments: inVentiv Clinical, inVentiv Communications, inVentiv Commercial, and inVentiv Patient Outcomes, according to the company’s website. It counts more than 350 clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences and health-care payer segments. The company has more than 13,000 employees in 40 countries, according to the release. Privately held InVentiv Health is owned by inVentiv Group Holdings Inc., made up of affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, Liberty Lane Partners and members of the inVentiv management team.
Earlier this month inVentiv Health relocated its headquarters to Landmark One in Burlington.
