Startup Watch: Five you should follow

As part of each week’s Startup Report, Mass High Tech highlights five startup companies and their business goals and provides guest access to their company profiles in the New England Tech Directory. With each week’s Startup Watch, Mass High Tech will choose the weekly featured companies by soliciting nominations through a poll of 10 startup companies, with links to their respective websites.

EveryFit Inc.: Boston-based EveryFit, founded in 2010, is developing mobile software that automatically identifies physical activities and challenges users to meet fitness goals.

Fundraise.com Inc.: Boston-based Fundraise.com, founded in 2011, has developed an online fundraising platform that lets anyone, not just non-profits, set up a fundraising campaign for free.

Modo Labs Inc.: Founded in 2010, Cambridge-based Modo Labs is a provider of open source content delivery solutions for mobile platforms and devices.

UsTrendy Inc.: Founded in 2008, Cambridge-based UsTrendy has developed an e-commerce platform for indie fashion designers to sell their clothing items.
