The Merrimack, N.H.-based company said in a news release today that two orders are from Taiwanese companies, Alpha Crystal Technology and Tera Xtal, and the third order is from Chinese company, the Linyang Group.

GT Solar (Nasdaq: SOLR) makes solar power and LED equipment manufacturing technology.

The company announced last month that it had received its largest LED equipment order to date, a $218.9 million order, from Guizhou Haotian Optoelectronics Technology Co. LTD of China.
