Monster Worldwide Inc. has partnered with DailyFeats, an online community centered around rewarding personal accomplishments.
The Maynard-based company, home to job-oriented website Monster.com, holds the exclusive sponsorship role for DailyFeats’ career and work-related actions.
DailyFeats, which has offices in both New York and Cambridge, notes on its website that its members gather points from accomplishing “simple but meaningful feats that benefit the body, mind, home and community.” Those members may then transfer those points to real rewards, including discounts from businesses and brands.
For the Monster-sponsored section of DailyFeats, members are encouraged to boost their careers by learning new skills or making new contacts, for example.
DailyFeats was co-founded by brothers Vinay Gidwaney and Veer Gidwaney, who previously co-founded IT-support automation firm Control-F1, which sold to CA Technologies Inc. in 2006. The company said in a January Mass High Tech report that it believes its game-based technology can be used to stimulate behavior in several areas and industries.
Monster (NYSE: MWW) announced last August that it had completed its $225 million buyout of Yahoo! HotJobs.
