The regulatory filing included Expressor Software executive team members and directors Robert Potter, co-founder and CEO of the company; Melinda Smith, CFO; director John Mandile, managing director of Sigma Partners; director David Fachetti, managing director of Globespan Capital Partners; and director Justin Perreault, general partner of Commonwealth Capital Ventures.

Founded in 2007, Expressor Software makes data integration software, including a free ETL design tool. Its customers include American Tower Corp., Moffitt Cancer Center, Integrated DNA Technologies Inc., Sybron Dental Specialties and Viverae Inc.

The company raised $4.5 million last May in a financing round from Commonwealth Capital Ventures, Globespan Capital Partners and Sigma Partners.  Prior to that, Expressor pulled in a $10 million Series B investment round in 2008.
