

AutoVirt Inc. has raised $3.8 million in new venture funds from its existing backers, venture firms Sigma Partners of Boston and Kepha Partners of Waltham, the Nashua, N.H.-based startup reported in a regulatory filing Tuesday.
The funds bring AutoVirt’s total venture investment to at least $18.8 million, including $1.5 million reported in June.
Founded in 2007 by CTO Klavs Landberg, AutoVirt makes Microsoft Windows-based data migration and management software.
