Satuit buys Lync.NET assets

By Galen Moore

Satuit Technologies Inc. reports it has acquired the assets of Lync.NET, a Salt Lake City, Utah company making business process automation software for financial advisers and money managers.

Norwell-based Satuit makes sales force automation and customer relationship management software for the same professional investment markets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Satuit CEO Karen Maguire said in a statement emailed to reporters that the acquisition adds a client reporting management tool that fits strategically with Satuit’s other offerings.

Founded in 1994, Satuit is privately held.
