Who's coming? Who's going? Who's changing places?

Hardware
CHiL Semiconductor Corp. of Tewksbury has named Marco Iansiti has to its board of directors. Iansiti is director of research at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. He also holds the David Sarnoff Professorship in technology and operations management and has developed and taught courses in technology strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and product development. Iansiti has led product and strategy teams for software development firms, served as consultant and advisor on strategy and innovation for companies in a variety of industries, and co-founded a management consulting firm focusing on strategy and expert consulting for a number of clients, including some in the Fortune 1000.

Cleantech
Don Simoneau has been named chief financial officer at Holliston’s Rypos Inc., a designer and manufacturer of active exhaust control systems for the reduction of harmful emissions from diesel engines. Simoneau was most recently the senior vice president of operations for cyber security firm Industrial Defender Inc. Prior to joining Industrial Defender, Simoneau was CEO at Longwatch Inc. He began his career in the technical workstation business at Apollo Computer and Hewlett-Packard Co. before becoming CFO of SCADA software company Intellution.

Software
Chelmsford’s Kronos Inc. has added Dick Cahill in the role of vice president and general manager, international. Cahill is based in the UK. Cahill has held a range of sales and services management roles with industry-leading technology companies such as Vignette (now part of Open Text), MRO Software (now part of IBM), Remedy (now part of BMC Software), and Siemens Rolm Communications. At Vignette, Cahill served as vice president and general manager, international. At MRO Software, Cahill served as vice president of worldwide sales and general manager, international. At Remedy, he held a variety of management roles.

Peopleclick Authoria of Waltham has named Chris Caldon as the new vice president of professional services and support. Caldon will direct and manage the professional services and customer support organizations for the Peopleclick Authoria Talent Management portfolio. Caldon’s most recent posts were as vice president and head of product management at Fidelity HR Services and Fidelity Investments, respectively.

Networks
Entuity, a network management software company with operations in Marlborough and London, has named John McHugh as vice president of business development and alliances and Jeff Cloud as an additional channel manager focused on North America. A 20-year technology marketing veteran, McHugh has worked for companies including BEZ Systems, Cayenne Software, and Precise Software Solutions, which was grown from startup to IPO, and subsequent acquisition by Veritas. Cloud honed his networking and telecom skills over the last 30 years at companies such as MPX Technology, Broadview Networks, I-Link, Newbridge Networks, General DataComm, and AT&T Information Systems.
