DRC nabs $13.6M in military IT deals

Dynamics Research Corp. has landed $13.6 million for IT services from Tricare Management Activity, the U.S. military’s health care plan.

The $13.6 million is made up of two orders, under which Dynamics Research (Nasdaq: DRCO) will perform program evaluations and administrative and clinical services support for Tricare’s Defense Center of Excellence and Military Medical Support Office. For the Defense Center of Excellence, Dynamics Research will provide clinical and management analysis to help conduct psychological health and traumatic brain injury program evaluations and site visits. For the Military Medical Support Office, Dynamics Research will provide clinical and administrative task support for the nurse consultant and patient administration sections.

Last week, Andover-based Dynamics Research brought in $1.2 million from the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency for IT services.
