TechTarget moves HQ from Needham to Newton

Technology media company TechTarget Inc. has signed a lease for 87,875 square feet of first class office space in Building 1 at Riverside Center in Newton. The three floors will serve as the company’s world headquarters. Occupancy is scheduled for early 2010. TechTarget is relocating from 117 Kendrick St., Needham. Jones Lang LaSalle managing director Alex Dauria, senior vice president Keith Gurtler and associate Brendan Cohn negotiated the long-term lease representing owner Equity Office Properties. Colliers Meredith & Grew executive vice president Jim Elcock and vice president Elias Demakes represented TechTarget.

Blue State Digital signs  lease on Summer Street
Blue State Digital LLC has leased an 8,668-square-foot office at 280 Summer St. in Boston. The company is headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices in Boston, New York, London and California. Brendan W. Miller, an associate at Lincoln Property Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. The firm relocated from a 3,200-square-foot office lease in 374 Congress St. Bryan Sparkes of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the sub-landlord, Razorfish LLC, in the transaction.



Quiet Logistics leases space at 19 Connector Road, Andover

Klemmer Associates LLC has facilitated a 38,400 square foot lease by Quiet Logistics at 19 Connector Road in Andover. Tim Brodigan, vice president with Klemmer Associates, was the sole broker in the transaction. Quiet Logistics is a unit-based fulfillment company specializing in third-party logistics solutions and exclusively uses KIVA Systems Inc. robotics. The 19 Connector Road facility still has 19,200 square feet of distribution space available.



Emptoris approves renewed lease in Burlington Summit

Emptoris Inc. has renewed a 27,463-square-foot office at 200 Wheeler Road in Burlington, NAI Hunneman’s Suburban Leasing Group represented Emptoris in the transaction. The firm’s Suburban Leasing Group, which includes James Boudrot, Michael McCarthy, Brendan Daly, Evan Gallagher, and Steve James. Lisa Tarricone and Doug Fainelli of The Gutierrez Co., the landlord, represented the company in the transaction. The Wheeler Road building is located within Burlington Summit.
