Sullivan takes Textron Systems’ CFO reins; Condon retires

Textron Systems has appointed Robert Sullivan as chief financial officer, following the announcement of current CFO John Condon’s retirement.
A 25-year veteran of Textron, Sullivan has served most recently as the company’s senior vice president of finance. In his new role, beginning Jan. 4, 2010, he will report to Dick Yates, senior vice president and corporate controller.
Condon will continue to work with Textron during the transition period through early next year.
Textron Systems is a division of Providence, R.I.-based Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) comprising AAI Corp., Lycoming Engines, Textron Defense Systems, Overwatch and Textron Marine & Land Systems. Textron Systems’ companies make unmanned aircraft systems, advanced marine craft, armored vehicles, intelligent battlefield surveillance systems, smart weapons, piston engines and training systems, among other products.
