Clickfil LLC:   Woburn-based Clickfil has developed a website that lets users request home heating oil delivery. The company was founded in 2009.

Immerz Inc.:   Founded in 2009, Immerz, has developed a chest-worn device that uses vibration to enhance immersion in a game or movie. The company is based in Cambridge.

Litl LLC:   Boston-based Litl is developing new models for personal computing. The company was founded in 2008.

Thredup Inc.:   Founded in 2009, Thredup has developed an online swap-meet for clothing. The company is based in Cambridge.

Trophos Energy Inc.:   Somerville-based Trophos researches and commercializes microbial fuel cell technology. The company was founded in 2008.
