Hajducky leaves Interactive Data CFO post
By Mass High Tech staff
Andrew J. Hajducky III has resigned from his position as executive vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer at Interactive Data Corp., company officials reported. Christine A. Sampson, Interactive Data’s vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, will fill in as interim CFO during the company’s search for a replacement.
The company offered no explanation for Hajducky’s resignation.
Sampson has worked at the company (NYSE: IDC) since 1978, serving originally as a sales and tax accountant and working up to the company vice president of finance and chief accounting officer role in December 2006.
Bedford-based Interactive Data provides financial market data and analysis software to investors and trading firms. In June, the company announced that it had completed a 50,000 square-foot facility expansion of its East Coast data center in Boxborough. The upgrade included new high-efficiency cooling systems as well as high density power distribution units, both of which will help reduce power consumption and operating costs.
