Leotus: Founded in 2009, Leotus makes a self-contained air conditioner designed to hang over either side of a windowsill, allowing windows to open and close when it’s installed. The company is based in Providence.
MedMinder Systems Inc.: Newton-based MedMinder makes a smart pillbox intended to allow patients to take the right medicine at the right time. The company was founded in 2007.
NuLabel Technologies Inc.: Providence-based NuLabel is developing liner-free label printing technology. The company was founded in 2009.
