A training course evaluation project for the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI) has brought in $2.1 million, comprised of seven separate deals ranging from one to two years in length, for Dynamics Research Corp.
Under the deals, Dynamics Research (Nasdaq: DRCO) will help the ARI develop experiments to test the effectiveness of various training methods. The Andover-based company will provide evaluations for the Army’s Company Intelligence Support Teams, Brigade Combat Teams, Future Force program and master gunner courses.
On Tuesday, Dynamics Research landed $3.4 million from the U.S. Air Force for engineering and program management. Under the deal, Dynamics Research will work on the Air Force’s Global Cyberspace Integration Center, providing engineering services and program management support to the Air Combat Command Tactical Satellite Terminals and the Single Integrated Air Picture program.
Dynamics Research was founded in 1955. The company reported a net loss of $1.25 million on revenue of $242.8 million for fiscal 2008.
