Boards
Luke Webster has joined the board of directors for Manchester, N.H.-based Amoskeag Business Incubator. Webster graduated from Colby College with a bachelor’s degree in government. Immediately following graduation, he worked as a national field consultant for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in Washington, D.C. In 2005, he returned to New Hampshire to complete his legal education at Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, N.H. Webster is employed as an attorney at the law firm of Wiggin & Nourie PA, and is a member of the business law and real estate, land use and development practice groups.

Hardware

Vislink PLC has appointed Dan McIntyre, formerly the general manager of Vislink Services US, to the new role of managing director of the Vislink Services unit in North Billerica. Vislink PLC is a Berkshire, England-based group of technology companies that design, manufacture and install video and data links.

Snom technology Inc., a developer and manufacturer of voice-over-IP telephones, has appointed senior sales executive Tommy Lee as sales channel manager. He previously served as the territory manager for Clearswift Corp., a data leak prevention security company. Prior to Clearswift, Lee was a senior account manager at AMS.NET, an IP convergence specialist. He has also worked for Tut Systems Inc. (now Motorola Inc.), PGP Corp., Sigaba and Fujitsu, and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pratt Institute. Headquartered in Berlin, Snom has an office in North Andover.

Internet
Mzinga Inc., a Burlington-based social media firm, has hired Lisa Mastrangelo as CFO and senior vice president of finance. She joins Mzinga from Centive Inc., where she served as CFO. Prior to Centive, Mastrangelo was vice president of operations at Houghton Mifflin Co. She has also served as CFO at Experience Inc. In addition, she has held positions at MatrixOne Inc., Firefly Network Inc. and Lotus Development Corp. Mastrangelo is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Boston University.

Services
Everything Channel has hired Tricia Syed as director of audience engagement and marketing strategy. Syed previously worked at TechTarget Inc. where she held several management positions over the past eight years. She was most recently the vice president of audience optimization. Before TechTarget, Syed held marketing and communications positions at BizLand Inc. Everything Channel, a Framingham division of United Business Media Ltd., has also appointed Sam Schneider to the newly created position of CIO. Prior to Everything Channel, Schneider was the vice president and CIO of EqualLogic Inc., now a division of Dell Inc. Earlier, he was the vice president and CIO of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals-Angell Animal Medical Center. Schneider also held management positions at Bill Me Later Inc., Achievement Technologies Inc. and Cognex Corp. Previously, he was an independent consultant.

Waltham-based Accounting Management Solutions Inc. has appointed Stephen Bartlett to the newly created position of director of resource management. Previously he served at Resource Global Professionals, where he sourced talent for global accounts. Prior to that, he was senior human resources manager at AT&T Inc. Bartlett holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA, both from Southern New Hampshire University.

Manufacturing
Interlab Inc., a manufacturing company in Danbury, Conn., has appointed Liviu Marian to the position of vice president of technology. Since joining Interlab in 1995, Marian has been responsible for developing a number of new technologies resulting in several U.S. patents. Marian was also responsible for the introduction of Interlab’s selective mass-transfer automation technology.
