Ad delivery and management platform maker Extreme Reach Inc. reports it has landed an unspecified amount of additional funding from Greycroft Partners LLC of New York.

In addition to Greycroft, Needham-based Extreme Reach’s new funding came from existing investors Village Ventures and Long River Venture. The company says it will use the new money to develop its products and its worldwide marketing and sales efforts.

Extreme Reach makes an all-software platform for advertisers and agencies to deliver, manage and track their commercials, whether they’re delivered via television, web or mobile video. The company claims to have more than 1,000 television stations and cable stations in its network, along with more than 5,000 radio stations.

In January, Extreme Reach announced its first funding, a $1.5 million Series A round from Williamstown-based Village Ventures and Hadley-based Long River.
