The Training Associates, a tech training company in Westborough, has hired Paul T. Kenney as its business development manager to further align TTA trainer solutions with current and future client needs. Kenney brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT industry to The Training Associates. With more than 12 years in corporate and IT education, he has previously worked at ElementK Corp., NETg, and CareerAcademy.com Inc.
The Office of Development and Alumni Relations at Worcester Polytechnic Institute has hired Samuel K. Stewart as the new executive director of development operations and research. Stewart will direct programs in advancement services, development research, and donor stewardship. Before joining WPI, Stewart spent 14 years at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where he most recently served as controller for the development office of the UMass Memorial Foundation. He was also the medical school’s CFO and was responsible for accounting systems and financial reporting. Stewart has also worked at Connecticut College, Joslin Diabetes Center, Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Deloitte Haskins and Sells.

Pamela McNamara has joined Cambridge-based Cambridge Consultants Inc. as president of U.S. operations. She will lead the company’s work in high technology product and systems development for clients in the med tech, wireless, defense and clean tech sectors. Prior to this, McNamara was CEO of CRF Inc., a provider of wireless data collection solutions for the life sciences industry. She was also part of the consulting firm Arthur D. Little Inc. for more than 20 years, holding a number of senior technology and management positions in global health care. McNamara also serves as a director on the boards of GTC Biopharmaceuticals Inc. and Southcoast Health System, and is a member of the Corporation of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
Call Center Services Inc. of Lowell has hired Kathryn Tito as director of business development and marketing. Tito brings to the company almost 20 years of high-technology marketing experience with employers in the New England region, including Priority Call Management Inc., UNIFI Communications Inc., Infinium Software Inc., and Franchise Solutions.
Security
Axsys Technologies Inc. has named Rick Mannello as vice president of business development in its Nashua, N.H.-based surveillance systems business unit. Prior to joining Axsys, Mannello was the vice president of business development for ICx Technologies Inc.’s surveillance division.
Life Sciences
ImmunoGen Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN), a Waltham-based biopharmaceutical company that develops targeted anticancer therapeutics, has appointed Gregory Perry as senior vice president and CFO. Perry succeeds president and CEO Daniel Junius, who had been the company’s CFO prior to his promotion in January. Before joining ImmunoGen Inc., Perry was CFO of Elixir Pharmaceuticals Inc. Previously, he was the CFO of Domantis Ltd., CFO and senior vice president of finance at Transkaryotic Therapies Inc., and held various positions of increasing responsibility at PerkinElmer Inc.
Finance
Boston accounting firm RSM McGladrey Inc. has hired Mark A. Wilkinson as a tax director with a focus on partnership taxation. He has more than 30 years of tax experience in private industry and with public accounting firms. He has provided tax consulting and compliance services to real estate investment, development and management companies, venture capital and private equity funds, high technology and research and development partnerships. Wilkinson’s focus includes deal structuring and tax due diligence. He holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
Software
Framingham-based PeopleCube, provider of workplace and resource management technology, has hired Sean Mulvey as vice president of North American sales. Prior to joining PeopleCube, he served as director of sales at Dean Evans and Associates Inc., a scheduling software company. Previously, Mulvey was a market manager at Microsoft Corp. and vice president of sales and marketing at WebFamilies before joining ServiceMagic Inc., as national sales director. Mulvey received his BBA in marketing at University of Notre Dame and his MBA at the University of Colorado.
