Norwood-based digital marketing and event solutions agency Cramer has named Cecil Dorman as an account director for their digital business and Chris Leonardi as director of technology consulting. Prior to joining Cramer, Dorman was the director of business development at BigBad Inc., focusing on the medical, professional, financial, nonprofit and manufacturing sectors. His client list included Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and The Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Leonardi was most recently technology director for Studiocom. He has also held the position of principal software engineer for Digitas, responsible for the solution architecture and application design for clients in the airline, financial, shipping/logistics, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications industries.

Information technology
Westborough-based Virtusa Corp. has promoted Tom Holler to executive vice president and chief operating officer, Ranjan Kalia to senior vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary, and Raj Rajgopal to executive vice president of business development and client services. Holler previously served as Virtusa’s executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer. Before joining Virtusa, Kalia was VP finance at EMC Corp., and held various finance and operational roles including CFO for EMC Asia Pacific Region. Rajgopal was most recently general manager of the communications, content and technology business unit. He has been with Virtusa for 5 years and has more than 20 years of services industry experience with large enterprises both in the United States and Europe.

Alternative energy
Wind power company First Wind Holdings Inc. of Newton has promoted Kurt Adams to executive vice president and chief development officer, and hired Carol J. Grant as senior vice president of external affairs and Lori Erickson as senior vice president of human resources. Adams joined the First Wind team in May 2008 as senior vice president of transmission development. Prior to joining First Wind, Adams served as chairman of the Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Grant served as chief of operations for Mayor David Cicilline in the city of Providence from 2003 to 2007. She was previously vice president of human resources for Textron. From 1983 to 1997, Grant held executive positions in law, external affairs, and operations for NYNEX, including leadership of the entire business in Rhode Island. Prior to joining First Wind, Erickson served as senior vice president of global human resources for Monster Worldwide, parent company of Monster.com. Before her work at Monster, Erickson served as vice president, human resources at StorageNetworks. She has also held HR positions with Razorfish, Shiva Corp., Bull HN Information Systems, Computervision, and INFINET.

Second Wind Inc., a Somerville maker of software and instrumentation for the wind energy industry, has hired Barry Logue as director of sales. Logue brings to Second Wind nearly 20 years of experience in sales and business development, including building and leading sales and marketing teams for high tech companies such as TriStar Systems, Optikos Corp., and Cambridge Research and Instrumentation Inc.
