Manufacturing
Mack Molding Co. of Arlington, Vt. has hired Brennan Holland, a 30-year engineering veteran, as a supplier engineer. Most recently, Holland worked for five years at NSK Steering Systems America in Bennington, Vt., where he was senior product engineer. He has held a variety of product engineering positions with the likes of General Motors, Chrysler, United Technologies Automotive and TI Automotive, all in Michigan.

Hardware
Orbograph Ltd., a Billerica-based developer of automated recognition solutions for the U.S. check processing and business process outsourcing markets, has named Stewart Levine as vice president of client services. Most recently, Levine founded E-Tech Solutions, an outsourcing IT support firm. Previously, he held management positions at Sanmina-SCI Corp.’s Wilmington facility (formerly Altron Inc.), where he led the engineering, systems and business process groups in their printed circuit board division.

Software
Boston-based Cimtek Inc., a maker of quality lifecycle management solutions, has named Alex Bonham as its first director of professional services. Prior to joining Cimtek, Bonham was with Andigilog, where he spearheaded vertical market expansion and the development of the company’s thermal management test product line. He has also held test development and engineering positions at Myriad Systems Group, Cottonwood Technology Group and National Instruments.

Andy Bezaitis has joined Chelmsford-based Aspect Software Inc. as senior vice president of corporate development. Most recently, Bezaitis was the senior vice president of business development at Cantata Technology. Bezaitis has served as founder and chief executive officer of Apopleo Inc. as well as founder and chief executive officer of Cambia Networks. He has also held senior management positions at 3COM Corp., Motorola Inc., and IIT Research Institute.

Service

Vitale Caturano, a Boston-based full-service CPA firm, has added Mark DiGiovanni as manager, and Gregory Fodero and Joseph Mannetta as senior consultants. Prior to joining the firm, DiGiovanni was a senior manager with CIBER’s Enterprise Solutions consulting practice. Fodero was a technical account manager for Aegis Associates, where he served as the acting IT director for the company’s largest client. Mannetta, prior to joining the firm, was a service delivery consultant for Bank of America Corp. of Boston.

Internet
Timberline Interactive, an e-commerce marketing and web development company based in Middlebury, Vt., has hired Michael Montagna, formerly of Quickparts.com&t=1">Quickparts.com, as a software developer. Montagna has spent the bulk of his professional career developing in Microsoft’s .net environment, the primary architecture used by Timberline Interactive and of which its custom e-commerce shopping cart is built upon. Over the years Michael developed web technologies for companies such as Quickparts.com&t=1">Quickparts.com, Optio Software Inc., Agentek Inc., as well as others. 

RatePoint Inc. of Needham has appointed Richard Turcott as chief marketing officer. Turcott has more than 19 years of experience in marketing roles. Turcott joins RatePoint from RedRoller Inc. Prior to RedRoller, Turcott was chief marketing officer at Constant Contact Inc., where he was responsible for all direct and online marketing, including branding, communications, partner programs and product management. Previously, Turcott held marketing roles at M/C Communications, Genesys Conferencing, Lycos and Dow Jones.
