Fidelis Security names Kraemer CFO

Former Moldflow Corp. executive Gary Kraemer has been named chief financial officer of Fidelis Security Systems, a data leakage prevention firm, where he will be responsible for supporting and improving the company’s financial and operational standings.
At Moldflow, Kraemer handled the business development involved in the company’s $300 million acquisition by Autodesk Inc.
Before working for Moldflow, Kraemer also held CFO positions at sentit0 Networks, Tira Wireless, Sandburst and Bowstreet, as well as financial positions with Data General and with Bay Networks/Wellfleet Communications before the company was bought by Nortel Networks.
Waltham-based Fidelis Security Systems prevents data leakage through its Fidelis Extrusion Prevention System.
