Terra Technology opens Madrid office

Norwalk, Conn.-based Terra Technology Inc., a demand prediction and inventory optimization company, has expanded its office locations to Madrid, Spain, to support European and Asian growth. The new location will house sales, marketing and consulting offices, according to company officials.

Intended for product companies, the Terra Technology’s software predicts future product demands based on shipping history, channel inventory and point of sale data, and claims to eliminate up to 50 percent of prediction errors.

Customers of Terra Technology software include Campbell Soup Co., The Procter & Gamble Co., The J.M. Smucker Co. and Ventura Foods LLC.
