The Pitch: The company is looking to expand consulting services offered to entrepreneurs and startups, including professional business valuations, web design, marketing and application development.

PITCHING THE TECHNOLOGY
Bizak.com is a website that computes the profitability of Internet startups and compares that data to industry benchmarks. Bizak runs on a subscription model targeting entrepreneurs and investors. The website is designed to calculate a startup’s valuation, which entrepreneurs and investors can use to compare performance and inform investment. The site also has a social networking aspect, allowing entrepreneurs and investors to connect with one another.

The company is a subsidiary of TOKiBiz, which seeks to help entrepreneurs turn their ideas into profitable Internet companies. TOKiBiz charges entrepreneurs to build their web applications, and takes a percentage of ownership and revenues to run and market the business. TOKiBiz also recently launched infoMedMD.com, designed to enable patients to answer questions online before visiting a doctor’s office, in order to save time during an appointment.
