Moldflow adds U.K. firm ARRK as customer

Moldflow Corp. reports that United Kingdom-based ARRK Technical Services Ltd. has become a client, purchasing the company's Moldflow Plastics Insight software.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Framingham-based Moldflow (Nasdaq: MFLO) develops plastics simulation software. ARRK has adopted Moldflow's application for the analysis and optimization of plastic parts, injection molds and the injection molding process itself, company officials said.

ARRK Technical Services, which employs more than 500 workers, operates facilities in three European locations.

Moldflow, founded in 1978, employs about 270 workers. During 2007, the company reported a $3.7 million net loss on revenue of $55.8 million.
