AMEX warns ThinkEngine of delisting

ThinkEngine Networks Inc. has been notified by the American Stock Exchange that the voice-processing company is subject to being delisted from the exchange.

ThinkEngine (AMEX: THN), which is based in Marlborough, develops network bridges for conferencing, as well as media servers. The company has until March 12 to request an appeal, ThinkEngine officials said.

In May 2007, the company received notice from the American Stock Exchange that it is below the exchange's minimum stockholder criteria.

ThinkEngine was created in 2005, after the merger of publicly traded Cognitronics Corp. of Danbury, Conn., and then privately held ThinkEngine Networks.

In 2006, the 42-person ThinkEngine reported a $5.5 million loss on revenue of $9.6 million.
