CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

The Boston Business Journal & Mass High Tech are accepting nominations for the 2nd annual Innovation All-Stars awards. A total of 15 Tech Luminaries and 15 Rising Stars will be honored for their accomplishments. Together, it's a potent combination of 30 notable and potent players in the local economy, and we hope their success will inspire others to innovate.

Winners will be featured in a November 16th special supplement of the BBJ and honored at a
cocktail reception at the House of Blues on November 14th.

To nominate a Tech Luminary or a Rising Star, fill in all the information below.

Rising Star Candidates must be under 30 years of age as of
November 1, 2012.

Nominations deadline is September 7th.

Nomination must be completed in one sitting.
Information cannot be saved and completed at a later date.
