Optasite to be bought by Florida firm for $430M

Wireless tower company Optasite Holding Co. Inc. has agreed to be bought by SBA Communications Corp. of Boca Raton, Fla., through a merger with newly formed SBA subsidiary in a deal worth about $430 million.

SBA adds Light Tower to its local buys in $224M deal

Boxborough-based wireless tower developer Light Tower Wireless LLC has agreed to sell its wireless infrastructure subsidiary Light Tower LLC to Florida-based communications infrastructure owner SBA Communications Corp. in a deal that could be worth up to $224 million.
