Somebody forgot to tell Raytheon about the recession. The Waltham-based defense contractor brought in about $46 million in two deals in today’s Finance Roundup.

Under the deal, a Foreign Military Sales contract for the State of Kuwait, Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) will upgrade the country’s Patriot missile radar systems to Configuration-3, providing depot test equipment, training and technical services.

Raytheon IDS will perform concept studies for the Air and Missile Defense Radar S-Band (AMDR-S) and Radar Suite Controller (RSC).

Oneforty Inc. has secured about $250,000 in funding from a list of seven angel investors, founder Laura Fitton confirmed today. Oneforty is developing an application designed to integrate with Twitter Inc.’s online microblogging service, she said.
