Zeo makes device for insomniacs, headband enthusiasts

Gizmodo checks out Zeo Inc.’s Personal Sleep Coach, a device that monitors your sleep habits and lets you upload the data for online tracking.

The device is composed of a headband and what looks like an alarm clock. The device catalogs how long you slept, how long it took you to fall asleep, amount of REM sleep and other stats. When you wake up, you can transfer your info using an SD memory card sticking out of the side of the clock.

Newton-based Zeo was formerly known as Axon Labs. The company changed its name in January after landing an $8.3 million Series C round of funding.
